I’ll be breaking this one down into two parts to avoid having a ginormous quiz.

Question #1: How far can you move during a run move?

Question #2: If you have a unit with five models and four of those models can see the intended target, how many models can fire at the target, assuming each has range?

Answer #2: Four. Only models with line of sight can shoot.

Question #3: You have a ballistic skill of 4, BS4, what do you need to roll to hit with shooting?

Answer #3: You need a 3. To hit is always 7 – BS, IE: 7 – 4 = 3.

Question #4: If you have a unit that has models with a different BS, how do you handle rolling to hit when shooting with the unit?

Answer #4: Roll the different BS models separately or use different colored dice to represent the different BS models.

Question #5: What’s special about having BS6 or better?

Answer #5: You get to re-roll failed hits with shooting, though the re-rolls are harder. See pg. 18 in the rule book.

Question #6: You fire a weapon that’s S5 (strength 5), and hit. What roll do you need to cause a wound if targeted model is T4 (toughness 4)?

Question #7: You’re firing on a unit with S4 weapons. The enemy unit has five models, two of them are T4 and three of them are T5. What roll do you need to cause wounds on the target unit?
