Painting
Tier 1 Painting – This is a table top standard and a great choice for fast service and if you have a lot of miniatures you need painted. Models would be base coated, shaded, and selective single highlighting.
Tier 2 Painting – This quality is good for special miniatures, when you want the model to stand out from the rest. Models would be base coated, shaded, and 2-3 layers of highlights.
Note: All painting is assumed to be “clean” painting, no weathering techniques or battle damage. If you would like weathering or battle damage then let me know what you’re looking for and we can agree on the additional cost. Believe it or not, it does take more time to use these techniques than it does to do a clean paintjob.
Basing
Basic Basing – Basic basing is adding sand, grass, etc., to the base of the model. Basic basing would be no more then two components, like dirt/sand with grass or simple gravel with some larger rocks.
Detailed Basing – Detailed basing improves on the basic basing by adding in small details to the base or just adding more then two components to the base. If you wanted a base that had a swampy look, mossy ground cover with small shurbs and rocks, then this would be the basing you want. If you’re after an even more elaborate base then we can discuss pricing.
Extras
Model Cleanup – All models have mold lines on them from the molding process. I can clean off all the mold lines before painting. It really makes the model complete. A great paint job can be easily distracted from when you have visible mold lines on the model. If I’m putting the models together for you then this step is part of that and built into the build cost. You are more than welcomed to do your own model cleanup before shipping them to me.
Conversion Work – If you’re looking to add something to the model, or change the model in some way, then I can do that as well. The cost for conversion work is not listed below and will be priced based on the type of conversion and model.
Note: Models should be supplied unpainted and unprimed. If models are sent already primed then it makes doing cleanup on it difficult, that is if you’d like me to do so. I will prime the models and also seal them with a matte acrylic sealer to prevent wear and chipping. I recommend you re-seal the models every few years to keep the seal coat consistent. I use Kryon’s flat acrylic sealer which you can get at Walmart for about $3.50 a can. To freshen up the sealer coat just give it a light spray and let it dry for a few hours, preferrably overnight, before handling. Don’t spray in humid conditions or if it’s less than about 60 degrees.
If you would prefer a different type of sealing, say a glossy finish on parts of the model like gems, then let me know.
All prices below are priced on a per-model basis. The listed costs are not final and can change based on the order. Bulk ordering can get you a discount and really complex models may cost a bit more than listed below. The prices are a guideline and all final costs will be discussed prior to the order. Painting costs includes basic basing. Costs for detailed basing and no basing are included below.

Medium Base – Models on a base of 40mm. All costs include basic basing.
