Mission Idea #2: Warp Flux

Warp Flux

Capture and control the single objective while destroying your enemy’s units.

One objective is to be placed in the center of the table. At the beginning of turn 1, 3 and 5, before movement, roll a scatter die and 3D6. The objective will be moved the direction shown 3D6 inches. If the scatter would put the objective in impassable terrain or off the table then reduce the scatter distance by the minimum required to avoid the obstacle. Once the objective location is determined, place a small blast marker in that spot and resolve any hits at S3 with AP-. Once the blast has been resolved, models must be moved the shortest distance possible to place the objective in that location. The models may not be within 2″ of the objective.

Game Length
Standard game length or time, whichever comes first.

Special Rules
Infiltrate, scout, deep strike, reserves, outflank

Calculate Results
Massacre – Hold the objective and have more kill points
Major – Hold the objective and have equal or less kill points
Minor – Have more kill points
Draw – Both sides have an equal amount of kill points

Battle Point Modifiers
+1 if you held the objective at the end of each turn it was displaced
+1 if the enemy never held the objective at the end of a any turn
+1 if your most expensive unit is alive and on the table
+1 destroying all enemy HQs while having at least one of your HQs alive and on the table
+1 if all your troops are alive and on the table at the end of the game
