I’m still getting the hang of this newfangled blog-a-majingy so you will all have to bear with me as I sort things out. I don’t have quite as much to say as Thor, so I’ll be starting with some pictures. Here’s a Bad Moon nob I recently painted, eventually he’ll be leading a mob of Bad Moon ‘Ard Boyz.

I like the dinghy yellow armor on this guy
I don’t know why everybody obsesses over getting a nice clean yellow. Grubby yellows, like yours, just look so much more realistic. You go fight some people in a yellow shirt and see how it looks after a few minutes.
ps, that WAS meant as a compliment.
Thanks! Clean yellows look nice on Eldar or Marines, but when I think of yellow Ork armor I imagine heavy construction equipment. I don’t think Orks bother to re-paint very often.
PS…my Norton says your web site has an unsafe issue…seriously….been getting warnings for the past week.
You probably should use something other than Norton, seriously :P Does it give any indication what? I have no idea what it would take issue with on this site. I built it and assure you it’s not malware.
Kaspersky ftw!
Fixed some of the formatting issues you had.
This guy came out well. I still have to steal your metal method.
Thanks for the help. I’ll get this thing sorted out eventually :P
I might post a tutorial for the metals. It’s a simple technique but I’ve been very happy with the results.
